The staff WAS really amazing, they helped with local information. The hosts proved willing to go out of their way, guaranteeing my stay was as perfect as possible. New beds had been installed. I found them very comfy!

i stayed in a family room. the staff were very friendly. comfy beds provided a good night's sleep (which i really needed). the location was great.
none of the rooms had an en suite bathroom, slightly inconvenient. it was manageable though.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Noted

Honestly, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was a very obvious cracking drawer next to the bed. It contained a uc letter, dirty socks and tinfoil. there were flies all over the room. A shouting incident in the early hours woke up my child. It was less than ideal.

The bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable, ideal after long days. I found the staff to be lovely and helpful . The new beds provided good support and i enjoyed clean bedding, so I slept well. I will consider staying again when i return.
