great location fresh bedding fresh towels peeling wallpaper poor shower worn carpet
the location was great for my needs. the price reflected the basic nature of the room. the bedding and towels were fresh and lovely.
I noticed wallpaper peeling off in places, it needed repair. the shower was quite poor. i think it needs money spent on it. the carpet was coming up in some spots. It could use some attention.

great location for families
perfect location spacious room needed facility helpful owner
vinnie's is at a perfect location. the rooms are spacious. there are all the facilities someone could need. the owners helped us with things we needed. i even recommended it to my family before i left. chairs located in front of the window, were the perfect place for a cuppa on a morning. it was a bonus having a bath.
the room have a small problem. i noticed the carpet was coming up in places.

the hotel is close to many amusements. it has a beach view from some family rooms. i could see pleasure beach to the left, also the famous big wheel to my right.

the staff were really friendly. they were helpful. check in was very straightforward. i messaged in advance to let them know when i was arriving.

the room had two rooms in one. there was a double sleigh bed in one room. it also had two bunk beds in the other. the room was very modern.

unavailable bar misleading photo
i found a couple of things disappointing. the bar with snacks shown in the photos was not actually available. it was just the room, though everything is nearby. (the location is great, but i was hoping for something more in-house).

A fantastic find!
great room private bathroom fast wifi
I enjoyed a great double room with a private bathroom. A fast WiFi helped me plan activities. The location was excellent, near many attractions.
The shower pressure was a little low.

There are many cafes, restaurants, and takeaways just steps away. A full english breakfast is served each morning in the dining room. Many choices are available along the nearby promenade.

The hotel has buckets for sand that kids can borrow. Freeview tv is available in the rooms. Manchester Square Tram Stop is right opposite the hotel.

The owner was amazing and also very helpful. I received quick responses when I needed help. Susan greeted us warmly on arrival.
