friendly staff fresh breakfast convenient location unmarked area unfriendly host urine smell

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the breakfast included a nice selection of freshly cooked items and plenty of tea and toast. the location was convenient, close to the south pier and the beach..

the check-in area was not clearly marked upon arrival. i found the host to be somewhat blunt and unfriendly during the check-in process. the room, located on the top floor facing the road, had a noticeable smell of pet urine and dampness.

This hotel offers a clean bed and a nice shower. Most rooms are spacious and some include a sea view. I appreciated the free parking available on the seafront. The hotel is conveniently located near the south pier and beach.

The check-in area is part of the restaurant, so I had to wait there.

central location friendly owner comfortable bed dirty carpet visible mold hanging curtains

The location is central, just a short walk to the south pier. the owner was friendly. He engaged in conversation. the bed was comfortable, and fluffy pillows were provided. breakfast was included and the price seemed reasonable.

i noticed bits on the floor upon arrival. the carpet seemed dirty and not well-kept. mold was visible on the walls, especially in the bathroom. i also noticed the curtains were hanging off, stapled on in places.

The location proved very convenient. South Pier was only a short walk away. The host was friendly and made a good impression. Breakfast was included, a definite plus. The bed included fluffy pillows and provided a good night's sleep.

The shower room could use some updating.
