the shower was amazing!!! all the staff members were friendly and polite. the breakfast was excellent. free parking was a real bonus for me.
the room felt a bit chilly at night because of a slight draft from the window.

i liked i got a warm welcome. the room was well equipped. it included a nespresso coffee machine. there was many plug sockets including usb.
staff on sunday looked like they didnt want to be there. they did not serve very well. i waited 12 mins and was ignored by amanda and josie for my room key.

the double room had high quality toiletries available for guest use. also there was large fluffy towels. i observed modern lighting fixtures that seemed recent.

The room had fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A coffee machine with pods, biscuits, tea, and milk were available. I also found an ironing board and iron in the room, very useful for preparing my clothes.
The kitchen extractor fan was very loud outside the bedroom window. the toilet seat was not properly attached. This needs to be fixed.

Staff members were helpful and pleasant . The team allowed early access to decorate for a party. They sorted out car parking tickets efficiently.
