I found the capsule beds comfortable. New towels arrived daily, a very welcome touch. The bathrooms were well-equipped with necessary amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) I felt the location was superb with nearby restaurants and transport options.

The private lockers were quite small. More space for luggage storage would improve the experience.

i found some issues with the showers. mildew was visible in many of them. it did not appear they were cleaned regularly. also, there wasn't much space for my luggage (i only had a carry-on!).

The staff was helpful with directions and questions I had. I loved the clean toilet with free shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. I could change towels and slippers daily if I wanted to. I was able to use the lobby as a workspace, a very welcome addition.

The noisy ventilator was a significant issue. It sounded like a helicopter all night. This made sleep difficult. I recommend addressing this noise pollution.

The location was convenient. The staff provided some bathroom items for free. I received a towel, toothbrush, and slippers. The staff was NICE too.

I found the shower ran water for only 15 seconds each time on the fourth floor. The female shower was not clean. I could see evidence of the previous people.

The location was quite convenient, close to the train station. I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. They also kept my bags for me both before check-in and after check-out.

I did find it a bit hard to find initially. There was also not enough space to place my luggage comfortably. The private lockers were super small.
