The hotel offered a Japanese style breakfast each morning! It included a good variety. The staff spoke multiple languageswith English. Self check-out was available and very efficient.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The location is superb near kabukicho! kombinis were very close. i used the in-house laundry. The dryer dried my clothes well. luggage storage was available, i liked that.
my room was not soundproof, i could hear noises from next door! the bathroom tap leaked. i think they could improve the standard.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. there was food available suitable for vegetarians. the breakfast area seemed a good size. It accommodates about 30-40 people at once.

the staff was helpful, including assistance with luggage storage. self check-in and check-out stations were available. friendly staff let me deliver my luggage before check-in. the staff helped me with check in it was very useful.
