The staff answered messages promptly. staff members are polite and helpful. breakfast service includes croissants, pastries, cornflakes, juice, and coffee. staff allowed me to pack some items for takeaway. I found that very helpful.

The lobby had a weird and strong scent. It smelled of eucalyptus mixed with humidity. the guest floors smelled of mold. i found the rooms too dark. the carpets did not feel clean.

the hotel offered a simple breakfast each morning, which i found very helpful. i also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby each evening (the donuts were a nice touch!). the beds were comfortable and quite wide, easily accommodating a child. the staff was friendly and provided good service.

Natural light was limited in the room. The window faced a concrete wall.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks during happy hour. It was a nice bonus. The room had ample space and super tidy. The subway station was just around the corner, and a bus stop was right in front.

the location was quite convenient as it was within walking distance to many places.

I was given a room on almost ground level with a view of the building's interior. The window was pointless as it offered no light at any time of day. i could only see a tiny concrete wall and i felt scammed after paying a lot for this room for three days.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

I really liked the complimentary continental breakfast in the lounge each morning. They also offered refreshments and donuts in the evening. Free bottled water and toiletries were available at the front desk (a very nice touch). I found the room and lobby design to be modern with a dark aesthetic. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping practices were excellent.

The room was on the smaller side, making it a bit difficult to manage luggage.

The staff was totally non-intrusive, a quality I greatly appreciated. Clean towels, water bottles, and disposable toothbrushes were left daily in a bag on the door. A washing and dryer machine was available on the second floor, a feature that was very useful.

The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stops. I found many shops and restaurants nearby (very convenient). The neighborhood felt safe during my entire stay and well-connected.
