the location was acceptable close to different stations and stores
the robot 'receptionists' mostly stood there they barely moved or spoke the english voice was not good i got a room reeking of old wet clothes or carpet it was unpleasant

the hotel is close to several subway stations (ginza line!) making travel easy. i used the luggage lockers before check-in and that was convenient. the daily cleaning service with fresh towels.
the room was quite small, and there wasn't much space for luggage. with two people, moving around was a bit tricky. i wish there had been more storage.

the hotel is located in akasaka, and this area has plentiful bars and restaurants nearby. 7-eleven is also very close, perfect for quick snacks or drinks at any hour.

the hotel is in a lively area, yet it still provides a calm atmosphere. multiple subway stations are within a 10-minute walk (very manageable!) and provide easy access to various metro lines.

the location was easy enough for me to navigate 7-eleven was very close. the facility provided a clean environment and i found check-in and check-out straightforward. a high-tech dryer was available for clothes.
