i found the staff quite friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. the location was ideal for attending the badminton horse trials , it was perfect. the breakfast was lovely and the room was nice.
i noticed the linen and towels looked clean, but they also looked a little tired.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. my room was clean. It included an ensuite bathroom and a small private patio. i found the dinner menu good. The food tasted very good too. breakfast included nice options and i enjoyed it each morning.
The towels in my room felt old. They also felt slightly damp, unpleasant.
