Anthony was helpful with directions. The room had standard amenities, including a television with multiple channels. The bed was firm, A PLUS! Parking was available near the premises. I appreciated the proximity to nearby cafes.
The hallways smelled slightly musty upon arrival.

the team offered such kindness. afaq always took care of me so well. every room felt super clean and cozy, providing everything i could need. the beds were especially good, i slept like a baby.
the placement of plug sockets felt rather inconvenient. the bedside lamp did not provide much useful light. i noticed paint peeling from some of the walls, as well as the ceiling.

the staff, especially afaq, did A fabulous job at check in. afaq was friendly and professional. he made the entire process fast and easy. this created a very cute first impression.
i paid for parking, which cost eight pounds extra. it looks a bit dated. smaller rooms are a little basic.

afaq gave a quick check-in, i think he was professional. the hotel seemed redecorated november 2024, and everything in the room was in good order. the room was compact but comfortable, i liked the television with subscription channels.
i didn't like the entrance and corridors, these were full of black bags filled with unclean bedding. i mean loads of bags. stale food placed into corridors was adding to the unkept look.
