The carpet on the stairs was quite threadbare. THAT was not a good first impression. i noticed paint peeling off the walls in the bedroom. black mould was visible by the bath. The shower head did not fit correctly. the hotel clearly needs some tlc.

The gentleman at check-in was very helpful. He clearly explained all pertinent details. Building access was easy, with good security measures in place. The continental breakfast provided a variety of options. I also appreciated the dog friendly policy.
I noticed dust on some of the skirting boards within the room. I also saw some cobwebs in the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was immaculate.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were always willing to assist. They ensured a cute environment from arrival through departure. The onsite bar was a definite plus.

The location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Private parking added value. It provided secure accommodation for my vehicle. The hotel's proximity to shops and pubs, only a short walk away, offered additional convenience.

the owner provided playing cards, such a thoughtful touch to keep my little one entertained. the breakfast had decent choices. i could take the food back to my room to eat, that was great!!
the stairs were still covered in painter's carpet protector. the walls had patches with odd matching paint. the lightshade was ripped.

The room provided a comfortable family room with its own bathroom. I was pleased to see a sofa and fridge were included! a good continental breakfast met my expectations, it offered an array of choices. the staff were very helpful and friendly, a warm welcome was appreciated, i noticed it created a positive atmosphere.
I noticed some redecorating was happening, it. Parking operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
