loud bass hot room
The noise was something else. I did not realize the bar downstairs turns into a club at night. the room vibrated from the bass until 1 am, so sleep was almost impossible. also, the room was really hot, even with the fan. not ideal if you value a quiet night.

central location friendly staff quiet room
i found the location very central. the staff was friendly. the room was nice. it had everything i needed. i did not hear noise from the pub. the street outside was quiet. i really enjoyed staying here. the location was perfect for hackney.
i arrived early. they charged £20 for early check-in. i thought this was unnecessary. it was money for nothing.

My room had tea and coffee options along with complimentary bottled water upon my arrival. The bed was comfortable, and I felt secure using the back entrance with the provided fobs. I found a choice of toiletries readily available. This was appreciable. The location proved ideal for my plans, and the cleanliness was perfect.
The door lock was a bit sticky.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service
friendly staff comfortable room
I was able to check in slightly early and a friendly staff member greeted me. I was served drinks while waiting for my family, even though the bar was closed at check-out. I felt quite welcome there, and I will definitely return.
I found the lack of air-conditioning problematic. I stayed during a heatwave, and a fan did not provide sufficient cooling. Air-conditioning is essential, especially when rooms face west and get intense evening sun.

The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival and check-in. They addressed all my requests promptly and with great courtesy. The service was efficient. The team was helpful with directions. The service was perfect!
