The hotel features comfy beds. Hotel staffs kindness impressed me. The room also had a coffee machine. Housekeeping occurred daily, I noticed.

The location provides convenient access. Bayswater underground station is close, that is benefit. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood not so far from Notting Hill.

I found the location very good. it was a quiet area with easy access to cafes, pubs, shops, and transport. the room was clean and included tea and coffee. the beds were comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping away from home, but i slept well here.

the room lacked a fridge, inconvenient. the air conditioning was poor. the room got very hot during a warm weekend.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

Blood stains were visible on the bedding, disgusting, and some pillows had similar stains. i also found that no housekeeping or room service was available, a major inconvenience. security was a concern as well because there was no staff at the reception after hours, so guests did whatever they wanted. It was unsafe and i could not sleep well.

i found comfy beds. the hotel staff were nice. the hotel was wonderful. it was the best place i have stayed in a while. wifi was solid. i will come back.

the hotel room was not ready at check in time. i had to wait a while. the room was in the basement so there was no view. that was my only grievance.
