the staff was friendly. i needed a converter, and they supplied one. the location worked, since the elizabeth line is very accessible. i could also leave my luggage before check-in, which helped my schedule a lot.

my room need painting. the wall heading into the bathroom had dirty spots. this impacted the overall feeling of cleanliness even though other areas were good.

the staff was completely lovely , very cute and helpful.

i found the room matched the price i paid, it was clean and practical , once i got settled. i expected a small room , but the worn furniture was very noticeable. the carpet had several stains , and the curtains were a bit torn. i probably would not stay here again.

the staff was very helpful and looked after me well shops were nearby. reception is open 24 hours staff access is easy and they are very friendly. the elizabeth line is very close it made access from heathrow airport easy.

the room was not as i expected i paid £10 per night for parking. the room was very small it was disappointing. i had to pay a £100 deposit on my debit card the deposit has not been returned yet.
