The self check in system worked as expected It was simple to use and efficient.

I discovered the bathroom design allows water to easily flood the entire bedroom after even a short shower I lacked assistance due to the absence of on site staff members so handling the issue was problematic

The building had a modern design. Passcodes for room entry provided a heightened sense of security, appreciated. Doors felt quite secure. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in the rooms. A bluetooth speaker was a nice addition.

The pool area is quite small. It felt crowded with just a few people present. I noticed some raw electricity wires close to the pool. That was a safety concern.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

clean room great location

The room was modern and clean. The location was great I think. It was within a walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. I appreciate the powerful shower, it's important after a long day of touristy stuff.

Our door would not shut completely. There was nobody to help us after hours. I only heard back 12 hours later when contacting them.

There isn't dining on site. The communal kitchen has a designated box per room for food storage. It is useful that you could leave food in the fridge like in student accommodations, very handy.

The rooftop pool offered some respite. There aren't a lot of chairs at the terrace. I like that there is an elevator available that make it easy to access the rooms in upper floors.

The service was efficient. The staff responded quickly when we had a request. Contact from the company was excellent, especially when we forgot our power cable. They helped retrieve them.

secure doors comfy beds broken door no staff

the building was modern and i liked the passcodes to get into rooms. it felt safer than remembering a key and the doors felt secure. the beds were comfy with good a/c in the rooms too

i faced two bad issues . our door would not shut or lock as it was broken. we had to sleep with our hotel room door open since there were no staff members to help
