adequate stay
convenient location nearby grocery smoke smell noisy road
the location is convenient to the subway system it was easy to get around. there are many restaurants nearby there is a grocery store very close to the hotel too.
i found a lingering smell of smoke in my room it may have been left from previous guests. the road outside is quite noisy i could hear traffic.

friendly staff late check-out lingering smell noisy road
The staff was very friendly. breakfast offered many choices. a lovely touch was the wine and chocolate cake left in my room for my wedding anniversary. I assume the cleaner saw our cards. the late check-out time was good too.
I experienced a lingering smoke smell in my room. This was probably left from previous guests. the road outside was quite noisy. i found it difficult to sleep soundly because of these issues.

the subways were easy to navigate, direction came from the staff. walking around is also easy. it is a clean hotel with helpful staff. they arranged a transfer to the airport for us, which i appreciated.

The room was spacious with modern decor and included a king bed. It also had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. I found the blackout curtains especially useful, ensuring a GREAT night's sleep. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries.
The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours, requiring a short wait.

malfunctioning air conditioning unavailable elevator
the air conditioning did not work properly. the room stayed at an uncomfortable temperature despite adjustments. the elevator was also out of service upon arrival. this caused inconvenience when bringing luggage to the room.

i found the rooms to be modern and clean. they offered a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel has an ideal location, close to key attractions. the staff provided a warm welcome and genuine hospitality (i really felt at home). they assisted with any request and provided great local recommendations.
there was a lingering smell of smoke in my room, likely from previous guests.
