great location easy check-in polite receptionist difficult water temperature low water pressure shower issue
The location was great. It was really close to the central station. A few restaurants and bars were nearby too. The check-in process was easy and fast. The receptionist was very polite.
The shower made it difficult to adjust the water temperature. Moving the lever even slightly made the water switch between cold and hot. The water pressure seemed a bit low too.

the breakfast offered good choice and tasted quite nice the location is really central near the train station the staff was helpful and very friendly
the elevator was somewhat slow it did cause minor delays

adequate stay, some issues
artificial air freshener bright lights
the location was good since it was close to the station, i guess.
the room smelled strongly of artificial air freshener. it was overpowering, and i had to open the window to air it out for hours! the lights were also confusing to operate and far too bright.

unpleasant smell no solution
The location across from the train station proved useful for my travels..
The room I received was not up to par. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like sewage. I reported it, but the staff claimed the hotel was full and offered no solution or room change. Honestly, for the price, I expected better.

great hotel, GREAT location!
convenient location amazing breakfast accommodating staff
i stayed several nights and i found the location very convenient. the breakfast room overlooks a AMAZING building. it was nice that the rooms had good air conditioning. the staff were accommodating with my request for breakfast.
the elevator IS slow, slightly inconvenient when i had luggage.

barely functional air conditioning pushy checkout
the room supposedly had air conditioning, but it barely functioned. it was basically just a noisy fan. also, at checkout, they tried to pressure me into leavin a review right then and there. i mean, seriously? who does that? not exactly a smooth operation.
