the staff was really helpful and so positive it. i loved having breakfast in the beautiful garden it was so relaxing.
the towels had a very slight smell. this was barely noticeable and did not impact my stay.

I was disappointed with a couple of things . The absence of coffee in the room was a letdown. I prefer to have it available upon waking. the room felt a bit too warm. I had to open the window to get some relief.

the gentleman at reception was helpful when i arrived late at night.
The towels were not clean. They had a bad smell. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs and across the road.

The location was great. It was close to a tram stop. i appreciated the proximity to the last supper church! two restaurants are near the hotel entrance. i found it convenient that the hotel provided multiple keys for access.
the gates were closed upon my arrival, requiring me to ring a bell for entry.

The breakfast variety impressed me greatly. So many choices were available. the hotel design was beautiful and well maintained. i found the staff consistently helpful and cute. the hotel's proximity to various attractions aided my exploration.
the room keys, not cards, felt somewhat outdated. i think a card system would modernize the experience
