fantastic location and cool vibe

The hotel location was wonderful. tons of great restaurants are within a seven-minute walk. This is nice after a long day. the asakusa temple complex is a short walk away too. i would not hesitate to stay here again, even though asakusa isn't the heart of the area.
the double bedroom came with only two tiny pillows. my head was basically flat against the mattress. i asked reception for an extra pillow, but they refused. the receptionist stated there are 'only two pillows per room' and suggested i use a rolled-up towel instead.

The staff offered free drinks all day. It was a friendly touch. free washing machines were available, a great convenience. amenities included toothbrushes, slippers, and pajamas. A left luggage room was available too.

breakfast was complimentary, a great start to each day. slightly more choice would have been nice, for example, fruit or cereal. however, the availability of free drinks throughout the day was amazing!!!

Rooms were compact, yet comfortable, with anime decor. the space felt adequate, and the design was interesting. i felt comfortable and would definitely return here. The room was kept clean and well kept throughout my stay.

I enjoyed the location, it gave great access to train stations and many food choices. The staff spoke english VERY WELL. The hotel's style makes AMAZING pictures. I recommend signing up for membership for early check in or late checkout.
THE ROOM was small. It was difficult to find space for bags.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The location is very accessible to many tourist spots and shopping areas. Lawson is conveniently located beneath the hotel, and other convenience stores are just a short walk away. Don Quijote is also nearby. The staff are nice and speak English very well.
The double bedroom came with only two small pillows. They were too flat for my liking. When I asked reception for another pillow, I was denied because 'only 2 pillows per room' were allowed.

The room included ample storage space located under the bed, which helped keep the area tidy. The bathroom was comfortable, although the rooms are tiny like most in this area, so there's not much extra space.

The luggage storage was nice. It saves me from carrying everything at once.
The staff seemed stressed, maybe overworked. i didnt feel especially welcomed at all and the communal areas looks like a train station. trash overflowed. It did not feel particularly relaxing.

I appreciate the central location it have. The staff was friendly and helpful all THE time. Complimentary pastries were available each morning, a NICE touch.
The room cleaning only happens every three days. This i found out upon arrival.

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to surrounding shops.
The room was small. It barely accommodated my luggage. the cleaning schedule was infrequent. Rooms only received service every four days, something not disclosed prior to arrival. I also noticed someone else's hair in the room.

i found the hotel clean and quite comfortable. i was able to select my room. it had a fine view of the tokyo skytree. the location proved convenient with restaurants and shops nearby. a don quijote store was conveniently located just around the corner.
I found the bedsheets to be somewhat synthetic. the pillows were unusually small. This combination made sleeping less comfortable than desired. there were no dark blinds present. Sunlight easily filled the room in the morning. the lights resembled those in a football canteen, quite harsh when on.

The hotel's location is superb. It is very near an airport limousine bus stop. a lawson convenience store and a supermarket are also nearby for convenience. the hotel is close to sensoji temple and sumida river.
