Excellent Location and Helpful Staff!
great location helpful staff nice toiletries
The location was amazing, close to everything I needed. I was able to easily walk to the scramble crossing. The staff were helpful in arranging luggage transfers to the airport. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch too.
I have no complaints about my time there.

small room cigarette smell
The room was really small for the price I paid. It felt more like a hostel. There was also a faint cigarette smell despite the room being non-smoking. I think the price is disproportionate to the small, somewhat outdated room. This was frustrating!!!

the location suited my needs.
the room was small, barely enough space to open my suitcase. the bathroom felt cramped and outdated. furthermore, the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite my adjustments.

perfect location friendly staff
the location was AMAZING!!! I could walk to many shops and restaurants. I also had very easy access to public transport nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which i valued a lot.
the room was really small, and there was not a lot of space to store my luggage.
