Convenient Stay Near the Mosque

I found free parking available in the two basement levels. The WiFi worked well, providing good speed for my devices (staying connected was easy). Whenever I requested room service, someone arrived promptly. The hotel's proximity to the mosque made prayer times convenient.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, slightly uncomfortable to use.

The front desk staff was attentive. Saleh and gwasim were particularly helpful (i appreciate that!). Room service was prompt. The hotel is very close to the Masjid an Nabawi. It is a short walk.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear.

I found the staff NICE and cooperative, especially during check-out, they granted ONE extra hour for packing. The free parking in the two basements was very useful. The wifi worked well with GOOD speed,.

the LOCATION was near the haram. The reception staff spoke english fluently. Parking was available at the hotel.
i had to wait for three hours before checking in , AS the hotel system had an error. The room was not properly cleaned. I found the carpets stinging.
