Clean and Convenient Stay

The reception staff was great, especially Kashif, he found me a room with a nice view. He also called after I settled in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I also appreciated the quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel provided only two water bottles per night, despite the room cost.

The hotel is close to the Emirates Mall, which makes shopping easy. The metro station proximity offers convenient transportation options around the city. I found it easy to access various points of interest from this location.

The staff seemed inconsiderate. i paid a significant amount for my stay, but they refused a dental kit. even a simple bowl or spoon was denied. I had to buy everything myself. i've never encountered such a less considerate hotel before.

The location is very convenient, being right across from the mall of the emirates. i noticed a few restaurants just across the street too. the hotel provided great amenities, which i found very useful. the room was clean. I liked that a lot. mohammed from the front desk really ensured that my stay was perfect. He always did a good job.
I found that twin room availability was somewhat limited. It would be better to have more options available.

My room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. It really helped me to relax after a long day. the bathroom was well-kept and had all the necessary toiletries. It had a good shower too.

The staff at the reception were very helpful and always ready to assist with any questions i had. check-in was quick and efficient. I did not have to wait. the housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy.
