the hotel's location was acceptable. it was close to gate 307 of the masjid.
The room was quite small and had too much furniture. It seemed like they crammed too much in. there was barely any space to pray or place a suitcase. the lifts were often busy.

excellent locationfresh pastries
The location was superb! it was so close to the mosque. I could walk there in minutes! breakfast included plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit.
the elevators were a bit slow at peak hours.

the location is excellent it's near the mosque's entrance. i received a complimentary upgrade to a haram view room it was great to wake up with that view. the staff were helpful they sorted everything quickly when i arrived earlier than check in time

the location was very nice! i got a room with a great view, and the staff was very nice to me.. nawaf and mustafa were especially friendly and helpful at breakfast.

mixed experience at best
great locationsmall roomrude staff
the location was alright. masjid al-haram was close by.
the rooms were really small. the bathroom felt cramped. fire alarm never quit cause some fools were smoking inside. its overpriced and rooms, food and staff needs a total overhaul.
