small table helpful staff great location
i stayed in a king room balcony and it was great. the room had a small table and two chairs i used a lot. the location was super close to the opera metro station, something i definitely needed. the staff helped me find nice nearby restaurants..
the app to unlock the door was a bit slow... it took about 30 seconds.

great room refreshing pool quirky design
the location it's superb. i loved the room it was very great. we enjoyed the refreshing rooftop pool so much! the pool view, WOW! the room designs are as quirky as the pictures.
a very very slight negative is only that car parking isn't available onsite, caused a little trouble for me.

helpful staff perfect location secure access
the front desk staff were always so helpful with all my requests. the location was perfect for easy access to nearby attractions. the secure keypad access to the building was reassuring.
i found the door a little difficult to open at first with the card system, but i quickly got the hang of it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my inquiries. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I found the room well-designed, providing both comfort and functionality. The rooftop pool WAS a great addition for relaxation.
The digital key system had a minor delay when unlocking the door on one occasion.

Good location and helpful staff
great location walking distance top floor
I was happy about the location. Many restaurants are a walking distance. Sophie from the reception was helpful with my needs. The pool on the top floor was quiet. It was nice to have it for the hottest hours of the day.
I had a small issue. The toilet always had a pee smell. It needs a good bleaching. The shower had a slow drain. It would fill with water.
