I stayed in a Superior Double Room Extra Bed. The room wasn't very clean. There was dust under the sofa. The breakfast had a limited selection which i found disappointing. I was expecting that the hotel would offer parking benefits, but it did not.

i really enjoyed the great location. it was across the street from st stephen and down the street from the opera. the room was great and in a lovely location. the staff was friendly and cute. but the bed was especially comfortable.
the room was a little noisy at times. i could hear some street noise with the window open.

The location was perfect! It gave easy access to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was VERY good. I looked forward to it each morning. I appreciated the early check-in. It allowed me to settle in quickly.
The floor was not properly cleaned, and I had to request it get cleaned at the reception.

The staff was so kind. the hotel is a short walk from deák ferenc square. i loved the tasty breakfast and its proximity to transport links. Seeing everything was easy. it.
the floor was not washed even after our request at the reception. i think they should solve this problem.
