The hotel's proximity to key attractions impressed me. Bolhao Market stands just a short walk away. The receptionist, Matthew, supplied very useful information upon my arrival. His restaurant recommendations proved invaluable, as were his insights on local sights.
I noticed the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom. it didn't significantly detract from my stay.

The location is excellent, with the metro station and market quite close to the hotel. A short walk gives you access to a shopping street and many restaurants. This makes the location very practical. I would definitely stay again in this area.

The rooms offer essential facilities, while still being well kept. Housekeeping kept the room very clean . I appreciated the cleanliness. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, this was a great help for my schedule.

the location was great it was easy to find and the staff were friendly. public transport was just around the corner that was very useful. the breakfast was excellent and i found a lot of variety. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
the shower didn't drain well and the bathroom flooded when i took a shower. a maintenance person did not come in a timely manner that was frustrating. the receptionist was rude when i asked for coffee cups that was unexpected. i would not stay again.

The location is good for walking to many attractions.
The shower temperature changed randomly from freezing cold to scalding hot without any adjustments. The breakfast was also chaotic. Cutlery was often unavailable. The balcony had a rusty chair, peeling paint, and a decaying custard tart, and some flooring was lifting.
