the receptionist was cute and explained everything. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom had clean towels and was also very tidy. the cleaning staff were polite.

i noticed a slight noise from the pipes when the toilet was flushed and this sound was a little disruptive. it did take a while to get used to.

the staff displayed a helpful attitude providing assistance when requested and responding quickly to questions and requests improving the overall experience i did observe. they maintained a cute presence and remained consistently courteous.

The lady at reception was cute and provided a thorough explanation of everything (a very pleasant introduction!). I stayed in a spacious room. The beds were notably comfortable. The cleaner was also very kind, which I found quite nice. I really appreciate that the location is close to the pier.

I did notice some slight wear and tear in the room, such as older fixtures.

the location was good because it was near the pleasure beach.

i was so upset by the stained bedding, it really put me off. also, the hotel stank of smoke which i did not like. my children have asthma, so this made things worse for us.
