i received a warm welcome. the location was handy for getting around. the room was a really good size. i had hot water, a bonus.
the tv remote didn't work. at least the tv had buttons, so it wasn't completely useless.

tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room. this included towels, shampoo, and soap. it allowed me to make drinks in the mornings.

The room provided everything i needed. the bed was large and comfortable. I slept well. i especially appreciated the hot shower. It was very refreshing. it was easy to relax after a long day.

Lovely hosts and perfect location

Nicky and Michael were amazing hosts and genuinely funny. The location was near pleasure beach, and the area was quieter, PERFECT for kids. The games room included a pool table, board games, and books, giving the place a very homely feel. My little granddaughter enjoyed playing with other children there, made my heart soar.
The room had a slight damp smell, and the window was wide open upon arrival, so it was freezing. The decoration was terribly done, and I noticed some dampness. I wish there were better ventilation to eliminate the damp smell.

small roomstrange odor
the room was very small and felt quite outdated. there was also a strange odor lingering. i also noticed no bar despite it being advertised and no breakfast was available either which was a real let down. there weren't even any cups for making tea or coffee in the room.
