Breakfast offered a lot of choices. Fresh cooking and careful service impressed me. i booked an evening meal, and it did not disappoint. the bar prices seemed reasonable. I unexpectedly had a nice balcony.
the shower was a bit unpredictable.

I loved that the family room felt spacious. It easily accommodated our family and all our luggage. the beds provided restful sleep, i found them very comfortable. also, the breakfast each morning was a delight, a complete array of options and very generous portions. the staff were always helpful too. They provided excellent service .

the room had two large windows that overlooked the sea. there was a smart tv to enjoy in the evenings, alongside complimentary tea and coffee. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided, i thought this was great.

the hotel is across the road from a tram stop, i found it very accessible. pleasure beach is within walking distance. ample parking is available and easy. the hotel's location is very quiet.

There is a lovely bar where you can relax. It offers a wide selection of drinks. the hotel has a very spacious front room with a tv. guests are able to play pool and darts, though the parking was expensive!

the breakfast WAS acceptable and had a GOOD choice.
the hotel was more dated than it was in ANY pictures. the wallpaper was peeling OFF, and the carpets seemed VERY old. THE en-suite needed A thorough clean, as it was dusty with dead spiders.
