The bathroom situation was quite inconvenient. the room wasn't en-suite. I had to walk across the hallway to reach a separate bathroom, something i wasn't aware of when i booked. i also noticed the bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guest, a basic detail that was overlooked. i found some hairs in the bath, off-putting.

Fiona and Ian gave a very warm welcome. The premises were clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to a high standard.
I noticed slight wear on the carpets, suggesting a potential future refresh would be beneficial.
