the location near the ao arena was super convenient i walked there easily. i also appreciated the super helpful staff they quickly got me extra pillows. the wifi in my room worked great it really added value. the parking felt secure which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit
i did notice the car park cost was slightly more than i expected nothing major though

the hotel's location is near the bus station just a quick 10-minute walk i found this super useful. access to the arndale mall and city centre is easy from here making it great. transport links are definitely a strong point

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room included tea and coffee making facilities, a plus. On-site parking was available securing my vehicle. The location was ideal because it was a short walk to the city center.
The walls seemed a little thin, and I could sometimes hear noises from other rooms.

The breakfast was very good. The location is great for access to the city centre (very convenient). The room was ok.
I was surprised to be charged for parking. This used to be free, so this change impacts the overall value. When i returned, the car park was full because they open it to the public, a real inconvenience. The hotel now isn't the bargain it once was.
