lovely staff big family room great breakfast outdated rooms single power point soap origin

the staff was lovely and very helpful! the family room was big and clean. breakfast was great and had a good variety.

the rooms felt a bit outdated, and i noticed only one power point. i also found that the soap was made in china, which i wasn't thrilled about. the bathroom had separate hot and cold taps which i found a little inconvenient. apply, twice.

friendly staff fresh breakfast convenient parking relaxing space

the staff was friendly and cute i was like part of a family not just a guest the breakfast offered great options and was always fresh the parking was convenient and plentiful and the overall atmosphere among guests was positive and jovial. tracey really stood out with her kindness and attentiveness she ensured my comfort throughout my stay. the room was large clean and well equipped providing a quiet relaxing space after a long day i found the beds and pillows comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep. i also appreciated the hotel's location with good access to various local amenities.

The included breakfast offered a good full english. the hotel offered free parking which was helpful. the room was clean. i appreciated the staff's helpfulness. They provided recommendations for local restaurants since the hotel doesn't offer dinner service.

The lack of a lift made accessing my room on the upper floors a bit difficult. It would be good to have ground floor rooms available.

clean room friendly staff good selection great value

i enjoyed a clean functional room EVERYTHING looked new. the staff were friendly and ALWAYS ready to assist me with a smile. the breakfast offered a good selection of items , made my mornings enjoyable and convenient. i found GREAT value for the money spent on my stay.

i did notice that the soundproofing wasn't the best as i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms LATE at night.
