The staff were very polite and cute. breakfast included nice options with a relaxed atmosphere, and the food presentation was neat. i found the breakfast variety good and always clean, which i really appreciated. i was close to family. The location was perfect for my needs.

i noticed the body wash and shampoo were empty in my room when i arrived. the dispensers should be checked and refilled regularly to ensure they are ready for each guest.

the breakfast included a nice variety of items it had fresh fruit croissants and cooked options the room had a decent chair and a table i appreciated that.

the road NOISE was horrendous i stayed in room 212 i could not sleep well because of it. the hotel refused to accommodate a disability with cutlery to eat with cleaning of cutlery after eating in their restaurant

The air conditioning unit made so much noise, it was difficult to sleep. i also discovered the room wasn't properly cleaned. there was a layer of dust on most surfaces and i found a previous guest's sock behind the bed. it's these things that make you question the overall hygiene. the breakfast was not great either, very bland and uninspired. finally the staff at checkout were not very attentive. They seemed disinterested when i mentioned the issues i faced.

I specifically booked a twin room, but they gave me a double instead. i paid extra for my dog, but received nothing in return. breakfast was equally disappointing. The egg tray remained empty for a solid 30 minutes, and everything else seemed stale. what a treat.

The shower had a small lip, which required extra CAUTION when stepping out.
