friendly staff convenient location
The front desk staff offered awesome service! They were friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient for accessing shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants.

useless shade tiny bathroom
the room i got was supposedly upgraded to two beds, but it had an eave only covered by a shade (pretty useless thing). wind blew in through the windows and i had to block it with a towel. the bathroom felt super tiny too, annoying. it seemed like i got the worst room available (maybe the staff was having a bad day).

the location was good, close to the metro. staff are friendly too.
the room was not very sound proof. i could hear everything happening outside, i found it hard to sleep WELL.

spacious room needed amenities english channels
The room was quite spacious and included needed amenities in good condition. It was close to transportation and stores. I found the bed huge and the TV offered several English channels, which I appreciated (especially after a long day of exploring!).
