The staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was great. It was on a street with some food options.. very close to the arc and the trains.

The hotel is steps from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées!!! Breakfast had a wide selection. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Snoussy was particularly excellent at the reception. They kindly stored our luggage after checkout.

Breakfast offered a good variety with choices like omelets, crêpes, sliced meats, and fresh fruit. It was a very convenient option to have available. We really enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal at the hotel.

The hotel is superbly located. It is near the Arc de Triomphe and various transportation options!!! Several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. Exploring the area was convenient. I found everything easily accessible.

The location was great. I was very close to the Arc de Triomphe.
The cleaning wasn't great. My clothes were put on dirty luggage bags. This created long waits, especially because the cleaning staff used it often.

The hotel location was great. I was really excited. The room seemed clean initially, but I found hairs on the bed sheets. Housekeeping also wasn't great, I noticed lots hairs on the floor too. It didn't seem vacuumed often enough. The breakfast had only basic options and some bread was stale.
