convenient location metro station room facilities faulty air conditioning missing fan inconvenient refill
i found the location quite convenient. it was close to a metro station. many nice restaurants were also nearby. the room was clean and had all the facilities i needed.
the advertised air conditioning did not work. fans were not provided in the rooms. i had to go to reception to refill my own bottles of mineral water. it was mildly inconvenient.

great stay near gare de l'est

i enjoyed the free coffee and complimentary water from reception. the location is pretty close to the main station, gare de l'est. i would happily stay here again and already plan on it.
the area around the building seemed a bit problematic after 9 pm (i felt a bit unsafe).

the hotel offers free coffee in the lobby 24/7, (a nice touch!). there is also a coffee machine at reception, always available. i saw a water dispenser as well.

friendly people basic facilities clean room tiny room unenclosed shower inaccurate pictures
the staff was very friendly. I only stayed for one night. the room was clean. All basic facilities were available.
the room was very tiny for the family stay. bathroom shower was not enclosed. pictures of your hotel are not accurate with actual rooms set up and size.

nice stay in a charming area
modern room genuine kindness home feeling
I secured a premium double room and it felt quite modern. the staff showed genuine kindness and readily offered help. i particularly appreciated the fridge and the availability of tea and coffee.
the street noise was noticeable, making it slightly difficult to fall asleep initially.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
nice staff excellent communication
the staff was nice (. communication was excellent, as i pre-booked an upgrade with a balcony in advance. the hotel offers free pastries, ice, tea, coffee, and even a sparkling water tap downstairs. the location is great with excellent transport links.
there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was quite warm. at night, the street noise made it difficult to sleep with the window open. a fan helped, but it was very loud.

the hotel is well connected to the rest of the city by metro, awesome for easy access to various attractions. there are many great restaurants nearby, with a range of dining options. it meant that i could stay out late without worrying about transport.
