The hotel location is near the Eurostar station and other tourist spots in Zone 1-3. The staff was accommodating. I left my luggage with the staff before check-in, and they stored my things after check-out too. This allowed me to continue my tour.
The hotel lacked tea and coffee maker.

the location is excellent for eurostar so close to gare du nord. i checked in quickly the room is a good size with a comfortable bed. good quality bedding and free wifi were provided. adequate storage was available for my short stay

Omar and the reception staff greeted us warmly, also providing treats. Our rooms included one facing the street and another with a small alcove. They were quiet. The staff showed great kindness, with a treat of fresh baked bread when we left. I appreciated the friendliness shown by everyone .
Toiletries were not in the room. there was no tea or coffee maker available for us. I would expect these amenities to be standard.

Location to the station was certainly helpful. The staff at reception were cute and efficient. I found the bed was quite comfortable, so I sleeped well. I also liked there being a good breakfast available each morning, it had many options.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They seemed to take real pride in their hotel. I really appreciated their dedication to providing excellent service (it made a big difference). The location was a significant bonus, especially since I arrived late at night.
The front automatic door was temperamental. It closed on me as I was walking through, knocking me off my feet. I fell and hit my head against the wall as a result of this issue.

The staff were really nice too assist with any requests I had . One staff member even gave me some tips and recommendations on the best cafes to enjoy a croissant in the area.

My room had a nice shower with good water pressure. It was on the backside of the building on the 6th floor. The air conditioning was much welcomed during my city visit.
