The hotel is close to the train station. It's only a short walk to the metro. I found grocery stores and coffee shops very close. The staff was polite and always ready to help, which I appreciated.

I did notice the soundproofing was a bit limited.

I stayed three nights. The bus stop outside the hotel provides a direct route to the thermal spa. Tickets can be booked at reception, a convenient service that let me skip the spa queue. Breakfast offered various european choices including sausages and eggs. Gluten-free options were also available upon request.

The room freshener could be improved but i was out all day so it was not a problem.

The room i booked (double or twin room) felt dated. i noticed some stains on the carpet and the bathroom tiles looked cracked. breakfast was a letdown. The coffee was weak and the pastries seemed stale. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from the hallway quite clearly.
