the reception was really good (i especially liked the tea kettle). they provided phone chargers and umbrellas. the continental breakfast was also good. i found the window blinds easy to use.
the parking was limited to three hours in zone a. the hotel offers its own limited parking, but i found it inconvenient.

I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. It featured a good selection of continental items. the tea and coffee were fresh and available throughout the morning. It was a very nice way to start the day.

the hotel provided useful amenities, like phone chargers, a real life saver. i also appreciated the inclusion of window blinds to block the sunlight (i prefer sleeping in the dark!).

street noisemetro vibrations
i found the lack of soundproofing in my ground floor room problematic. street noise was constant and the vibrations from the nearby metro disrupted my sleep. additionally, the early morning garbage trucks created an unpleasant experience (the flashing lights seeping into the room did not help).

The location was convenient. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff members were kind and helpful when I needed assistance. The room had air conditioning, a safe, and a kettle for making tea or coffee.
The staircase was stone, so accessibility might be a problem.

the staff was very nice. they helped me with ordering a shuttle to the airport i really appreciate it. the room and bathroom was quite spacious for me, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
the room was a hot box. despite there was air con, the room was terribly hot so i could not sleep at all. it was really not worth the money and very dissapointed.

the location felt perfect to me. it was very close to the center and main road, yet quiet. i adored the secluded little garden. the shower provided lovely hot water, such a tender embrace, and overall the cleanliness met my desires.
Our room felt literally a hot box. despite the air con, the room remained terribly hot. Sleep eluded me entirely. it really wasn't worth the money because of it. this is a pity.

I found the location quite good. The surrounding area had beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, nice.
The luggage room accessibility was inconvenient on Sunday. I had to wait longer than expected, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is about 15 minutes by foot from the center. The location is marvelous and has a very beautiful surrounding. It is easy to navigate the city from this location, slightly outside the main tourist areas.

My double room included a garden view. Rooms face an inner courtyard away from the street, so it was quiet. The room was really nice and comfortable, and the bathroom too.
