The staff was helpful. The food was tasty, with a lovely homemade soup served each evening. The hotel was festive, decorated for the season with lights... and cheer. I will return to this hotel.

the owner angela and her staff were cute. they were always available. the bar staff were friendly. i got gifts. i will come back again. dinner service was very nice. staff offered excellent service. all of the staff were great and friendly. manager lauren really helped. she provided great food. i enjoyed the cottage pie.
the hotel felt slightly outdated.

the hotel is very close to the sea front and the tram line. this made it easy to get around. the hotel is also just steps away from the beach, the pleasure beach, and the north pier. casinos are nearby too.

the reception area was clean. the dining room was orderly. bar areas were also well kept. there is ample, safe parking, a very helpful bonus driving to the location and wishing to explore the surrounding areas.

breakfast service operated smoothly. a full cooked breakfast was quickly delivered. the tasty evening meal was satisfying. the food was AMAZING!!! ingredients were of good quality. the chicken on friday night stood out as a highlight.
