i found the breakfast quite substantial. it included a seven-item plate with unlimited toast. coffee and cereal was also available in great amount.
the room was very small. the bathroom was miniature and very cramped. i notice the banister felt greasy and unclean to the touch.

The breakfast provided a good start to the day. It had a nice selection.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom reminded me of a miniature dollhouse (not really, but close!). I noticed the banister was greasy to the touch. That WAS disappointing.

i stayed in room 12 and it had all the amenities i needed the bed was very comfy the hosts were friendly and happy to book taxis for me. the breakfast was amazing and cooked to perfection the fresh coffee was a great start to the day

free wifi access is available throughout the hotel, a true comfort. i noticed that parking is arranged . this is an important convenience especially when travelling with lots of luggage.

The hotel is a short walk from south pier, nice. pleasure beach and tram stop are also nearby. access to many attractions is straightforward. I appreciated the convenience.

The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Constant refills of tea and toast were available. The hosts were really great and looked after you throughout my stay. I appreciate the bright, clean room.

The hosts are fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs. My room was super clean. Fresh towels were available daily.
The banister felt greasy, this needs attention, it feels unpleasant to touch.
