the location was really convenient. it was close to many attractions (south pier was just across the road). the room had a fridge which was really useful.
i noticed quite a few stairs. this could be a problem with mobility issues. i also found it a bit difficult that i could not open the window.

The noise early sunday morning was disruptive. i am unsure if it came from other guests or an adjacent building. the room seemed very basic. It lacked chairs and featured flimsy shutters for the ensuite. i also noticed the curtains were quite thin (i do not like the natural light).

the room had a fridge and that was useful. we found plenty of easily accessible plugs. i noticed the family room had ample space. the sea view gave us amazing sights from the room, and my daughter especially loved the lights on the south pier each evening.
i noticed a slight delay in getting warm water in the shower one morning.

The room was quite spacious, providing plenty of room for luggage and movement. The beds offered great comfort. a handy fridge was available, we were offered to store drinks and snacks. We found that very convenient. the bathroom looked newly decorated with good cleanliness.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, very near the tram stop. This made travelling around the area simple. proximity to the sea is really good, offering quick access, while multiple restaurants and shops were only a short walk away. the promenade is just steps from the front door.

I saw several dining options nearby. A mc donalds is just metres away. numerous other restaurants offer diverse cuisines. there is a variety of other shops available near the hotel.

i loved the location right opposite south pier. the staff was amazing, clare especially couldn't do enough for us. she was just amazing!
the wifi was rubbish. i couldn't even get on my phone the full weekend. it definitely needs some attention, like, a lot!
