The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the beach. I also found the room to be spacious. The staff was attentive and ensured I had a good stay.
The room decor felt a little old.

Fantastic Stay with a View!
friendly staffsea view
The staff were friendly and always ready to help! The room included an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and fresh towels. It also had a bonus sea view! Breakfast was filling and had good quality.

The hotel is next to convenient shops in the city centre. The view of the Pier and the ocean was AMAZING!!! The hotel's location allows easy access to many independent shops, boutiques, High Street stores, and many restaurants.

The decor was certainly stuck in a time warp. My 'double or twin room sea view' had a musty odour, and the furniture looked past its prime. I also noticed that soundproofing was practically nonexistent. I could hear conversations and hallway noise quite clearly. I found the limited toiletries provided rather stingy..

the room faced the sea. it had a lovely view of the beach, also of the sea. the room had a good size. it was well equipped.
I nearly slipped in the shower, i am thankfully managed to grab onto the metal bar on the wall. i did not fall. i reported it to reception. They mentioned bath mats are available upon request, but they aren't offered during check-in.

The reception staff was polite. They were attentive. they offered great help. the breakfast staff was lovely too, they made sure everyone was looked after. they served breakfast with a smile.

the room was large and offered a good sea view i found chairs and a table useful the free wifi and large tv were welcome additions. the hotel granted my request for a first-floor room, which i really appreciated.
the dog fee felt steep as my dog needed nothing extra we provided all his necessities i thought this charge could be reconsidered to better accommodate pet owners
