convenient location attentive staff good breakfast
I found the location to be convenient. The hotel is near several key attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request I had. Breakfast offered a good array of options ensuring a great start to the day.
The bathroom fixtures looked somewhat outdated! It could benefit from some modernization .

faulty door lock leaking shower
the location was acceptable and very close to main attractions.
the locking mechanism on the front door didn't worked well. the keycard always stuck when i tried to open it. the toilet door seemed to not working properly too. water leaked out when i took a shower and there was no lock.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast
I observed the hotel's location to be very convenient, being near main attractions. Staff were helpful and made arranging airport transport easy. The breakfast had variety with a wonderful sea view. I was permitted a late checkout and also given use of facilities beyond that time.

the hotel's location is very convenient. it is close to key tourist sights. convenient transport options include the t1 tram line. the sultanahmet stop is closest to the hotel. breakfast had delicious items. the staff showed friendly manners.
i noticed some outdated furniture.

staff members were helpful. the reception staff assisted with requests. the house keeping service is commendable. they replenished towels every day. they also tidied up my bed each day.

excellent location and attentive service
convenient location friendly staff
the hotel is super close to all attractions. i walked everywhere. the staff was very friendly.. the terrace had a beautiful view and the breakfast had a nice selection. the room was very cozy.
the room i stayed in was small. the bed was not that comfortable. also the furniture was worn.

Acceptable Stay with Some Downsides
inadequate ventilation limited variety
My visit had a few issues. The ventilation in the bathroom was inadequate. This resulted in lingering humidity. the breakfast selection, while adequate, did not offer much variety (I wish there was more fresh fruit).
