EXCELLENT stay!!!
calming design perfect cleanliness ideal location easy exploring
The design felt SO calming after busy days. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect. I saw that every corner was maintained well. I found the location ideal. It was close to many attractions and shops. I appreciated the ease of exploring the nearby Laleli, Beyazit, and Haseki areas.
The spa hours were short for complimentary guest access.

Breakfast offered many fresh and delicious options. I noticed that there was a wide selection catering to different tastes. This was very appreciated, and I always found something to enjoy. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Complimentary water was provided through room service. I was welcomed with chocolates and fruits. This was a thoughtful touch and added to the experience.

The hotel is central to bazaar and Ayasofia. The sanitary areas were sparkling clean and modern. I saw that the T1 tram station is only a short walk away, made getting around easy.

Mixed experience due to service and space
small room superficial cleaning
The room and bathroom felt quite small. The double bed almost filled the entire space with no closet available. The balcony door could only open halfway because of the bed placement. Room cleaning seemed superficial. The staff asked me to rate them a '10' before i left (i found this REALLY unprofessional).

Excellent Stay with Really good Service
main attractions excellent support
The hotel is very close to many main attractions. The front office team provided excellent support during the entire stay. I especially thank Ercan and Omar for their kindness. The breakfast had nice variety.
The complimentary spa access had a very short duration for hotel guests. It needs more extended hours so guests can fully enjoy the facilities. This small adjustment would significantly improve the overall experience.

The front office manager Ercan accommodated all my needs with pleasure. Bel-boy Omar was also very kind and helpful. The reception team showed great kindness and support consistently.

The hotel's location is near attractions like Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Basilica Cistern are also very close. The tram station is conveniently only five minutes away from the hotel entrance.

main attractions tram station kind staff
The hotel is near main attractions. This made sightseeing VERY easy. I also appreciated the proximity to the tram station, allowing convenient travel around the area. Staff was kind, particularly at the front desk. They answered all my questions.
The free access to the spa was a bit short for my liking.

Breakfast included decent options. It provided a solid start to the day. I was surprised about the coffee at breakfast. It was not the best. Starbucks is available in the hotel, but its opening hours seemed inconsistent.

The location is AMAZING!!! Most attractions are accessible by foot. Its central position in the old city made exploration convenient. Proximity to the Vezneciler metro station allowed easy access to shopping centers.

My room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Bed linen was pleasant. It ensured a restful night's sleep.

The reception team was kind and helpful. They provided assistance . One receptionist was very pushy about getting a 10-point review. This felt inappropriate.
