The staff members were friendly. I also liked the location. It was close to the tram station. The breakfast included juice and coffee. I consumed enough calories.
The spa area I used was dirty. The pool seemed cold too. The lounge chairs were not in good condition. I think they had damage and looked very old. The steam room smelled like mold. I heard the attendant talking loudly on their phone.
