the hotel located close to the grand bazaar. they change the towels daily. it was a very clean room.

convenient location turkish dishes helpful staff poor soundproofing limited hours proactive service
The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast included a nice variety of turkish dishes. the staff at the front desk were always ready to help with directions and recommendations.
The soundproofing wasn't very effective. I heard a lot of noise from neighboring rooms at night. the pool's opening hours were limited. I couldn't use it in the evenings. basic amenities like water were only provided upon request. I expected more proactive service.

An Acceptable City Stay
friendly staff friendly people tram station tram stop included juice fresh juice dirty spa pool condition cold pool steam room smell mold smell
The staff members were friendly. I also liked the location. It was close to the tram station. The breakfast included juice and coffee. I consumed enough calories.
The spa area I used was dirty. The pool seemed cold too. The lounge chairs were not in good condition. I think they had damage and looked very old. The steam room smelled like mold. I heard the attendant talking loudly on their phone.
