the family room included A sauna. the kitchenette had A dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. I found complimentary dishwasher tablets, very useful. A HUGE drying cabinet assisted in drying our winter clothing.
the hotel is rather noisy because it is a sports center and not just a regular hotel, this impacted rest quality somewhat.

breakfast offers enough variety. i noted A vegan and gluten-free section, a great convenience. the staff prepared A gluten-free and vegan meal for dinner, showing excellent service.

The hotel provides several facilities for children. It has a play area indoors, and a pool that kept my child entertained when not out in the snow. Breakfast included much choice. The restaurant provided a fantastic menu.
The room was not very warm. I find myself feeling cold many times. The spas amenities weren't as I expected.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Amenities

We visited the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our days. The sports field across the street offered excellent opportunities for playing in the snow. We loved the pool. The bowling alley, and the expansive indoor kids' play area with its trampoline. Breakfast presented a wide selection of food.
The layout was somewhat confusing, it made navigating the hotel initially a bit challenging.

The reception staff members were helpful and friendly, they contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere of the hotel. A male receptionist was very helpful in coordinating with the tour company, I found it very helpful.

The rooms were notably spacious and well equipped, providing ample room for relaxation and storage. A drying cabinet was available. It proved invaluable for managing wet clothes and boots after outdoor activities. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were stocked daily.

Breakfast included many options. The snack bar Buusti offers decent burgers at a reasonable price. The canteen-style restaurant on-site provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it offered very good value for money.

The reception staff was helpful. Rooms are big and well equipped. Soft play area was great for my children. I liked the location with northern lights. Free parking was available .
The gym and pool had time restrictions for free usage. This was a disappointing. I had to plan my days around the hotel schedules.

I found the breakfast buffet to have good choices, even for coeliacs. Staff were helpful in the restaurant. I saw the chef in the bar being efficient. The chef really looked after us.

The viewing point for the northern lights was really close. There was a lovely campfire and viewing tower. The hotel is next door to an ice hockey arena. A supermarket is about 15 minutes walk away.
