the hotel location was central (near everything!). the staff members were always helpful. i found the coffee shop downstairs very convenient. they arranged a taxi for me, which i appreciated very much.
the entrance is shared with a busy cafe, so it can be a bit noisy when entering or exiting the hotel. there is no dedicated lobby to relax while waiting.

the location was really central to the main tourist spots. the staff at the reception was helpful. i also liked the provided coffee in the room. the room was a good size.
I could hear a lot of street noise. controlling the temperature in the room was difficult. It was either too hot or too cold. the entrance is shared with a cafe, there isnt a proper lobby.
