the breakfast was good and offered plenty of choices. i liked having options.

the check-in process took a long time because of issues with the hotel it system. there was a strange smell in my room i think it came from the air conditioning system. the pillows were cheap and not comfortable at all

The staff was amazingly friendly! they were super helpful. Location is perfect, close to the tube and quiet. The ac worked perfectly and it was silent, also the bed was comfy.

There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room. They are located at the end of the corridor. The breakfast cost us £72 for 4 people, but the only hot option was some pre-boiled eggs.

The continental breakfast had good quality healthy produce. There was a vast variety. The bread was so fresh, and the hotel had a fun colorful vibe. I liked the extra touches of the mirror with light bulbs.

The hotel included marshalls amps in case we wanted to play a guitar! There were guitars and a piano in the lobby that could be played. The hotel offers ice water with cucumber in check-in by the lounge.

The position is perfect with bus and tube access on the doorstep. It is a short walk to portobello. It is just outside the tube station. I felt that the area was safe, with many restaurants and bars.

the location was excellent near the underground line. it was easy to arrive at the hotel. the staff was client oriented and offered a warm welcome.

the room layout is poor the shower is in a glass box next to the bed. there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room they are located at the end of the corridor.
