the hotel's seafront location made it convenient for exploring the area. i definitely appreciated the private car park!!! all of the staff members were cute and kind. my room featured a wonderful sea view and also included a balcony. i found the breakfast selection plentiful, and the food quality was very good.
It was a slight disappointment.

we enjoyed our twin room sea view. the views from the room was amazing and enhanced the stay. we found a refillable bottle of filtered water ready on arrival, a nice cute touch. the location was convenient for my decreased mobility, a true blessing.
the second floor did suffer from extreme noise, i could hear people walking about very late at night.

This hotel offers a wonderful location RIGHT on the seafront. The staff were friendly AND efficient, providing AMAZING service. My room had plenty of storage space and was comfortable. Breakfast offered PLENTY of choice, with good quality food.

I stayed in a twin room. The room had plenty of storage space. I enjoyed the marvelous view of Lyme Bay and the esplanade from the window.
The receptionist did not communicate effectively. She just marched off upstairs. She left me wondering where she had disappeared too. The reception team could do with lessons in communication skills.
