excellent stay with sea views
sea view friendly staff efficient carpark
i had twin room sea view, it had bay window. the view of lyme bay were marvelous. meals were excellent. all staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel car park was very efficient.
reception team are not very friendly. i asked about bottle and the receptionist marched off upstairs and got one from my old room. she left me wondering where she had disappeared too.

clean rooms best thing abysmal wifi streaming impossibility
the rooms were clean. the seaview i had was probably the best thing.
the wifi was abysmal. i mean, i expected better in this day and age, it was like dial-up. streaming anything was basically impossible, really not acceptable in a hotel charging these prices.

fantastic stay!
seafront location private car park cute staff breakfast selection
the hotel's seafront location made it convenient for exploring the area. i definitely appreciated the private car park!!! all of the staff members were cute and kind. my room featured a wonderful sea view and also included a balcony. i found the breakfast selection plentiful, and the food quality was very good.
It was a slight disappointment.

amazing view filtered water convenient location cute touch
we enjoyed our twin room sea view. the views from the room was amazing and enhanced the stay. we found a refillable bottle of filtered water ready on arrival, a nice cute touch. the location was convenient for my decreased mobility, a true blessing.
the second floor did suffer from extreme noise, i could hear people walking about very late at night.

This hotel offers a wonderful location RIGHT on the seafront. The staff were friendly AND efficient, providing AMAZING service. My room had plenty of storage space and was comfortable. Breakfast offered PLENTY of choice, with good quality food.

Acceptable Stay
storage space window view plenty storage poor communication communication skills reception team
I stayed in a twin room. The room had plenty of storage space. I enjoyed the marvelous view of Lyme Bay and the esplanade from the window.
The receptionist did not communicate effectively. She just marched off upstairs. She left me wondering where she had disappeared too. The reception team could do with lessons in communication skills.
